About Aiden

Hi, I'm Aiden – and I've lived and breathed property for over a decade. 

​

For the past 10+ years, I’ve been immersed in the world of real estate - not just as a career, but as a genuine passion. From property development to investment strategy, real estate sales, capital raising, and rolling up my sleeves as an active investor myself, I’ve walked the talk. If it involves real estate, finance, or investing - there’s a good chance I’ve done it.

I’ve led complex negotiations on multi-stakeholder development projects with end values ranging from $18 million to $110 million. I’ve helped in arranging everything from senior and mezzanine debt to equity and preferred equity financing, securing development sites that have generated over $10 million in gross profits. 

​

One of the highlights of my career was helping to create a licensed real estate development fund - a managed investment scheme for sophisticated and wholesale investors looking to back large-scale development opportunities. 

As a real estate agent on the NSW Far South Coast, I built a loyal client base by doing what I’ve always believed in: clear communication, consistency, and putting people first. I was lucky enough to receive glowing feedback from clients who appreciated my hands-on, transparent approach - and that trust meant the world to me.

Eventually, I transitioned into buyer’s advocacy and property investment strategy - roles I absolutely loved. There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping others make smart investment decisions and watching their lives transform as a result.

But I don’t just talk the talk. My wife and I have built our own substantial property portfolio by applying the exact same principles I teach my clients. The freedom it’s brought to our lives is something I’ll always be grateful for - and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same.

That’s why I started iStrategic. 

​

I wanted to take everything I’ve learned - the wins, the lessons, the connections - and use it to help hardworking Australians like you. Because let’s face it: property can be confusing. I use my networks, data, and on-the-ground experience to find quality investment opportunities across the country - not just in your postcode.

  • QLD Multi-Income Property: $650,000 purchase, current value $1M, rental income $126,000 p.a. - that’s $350,000 in equity created in two years.
